Employee Onboarding

Welcome to the Company

This section will help the manager and the employee to navigate the steps to successfully enter the company.

Pre-Hire Steps

  • Role is identified to be filled and approved

  • Job Description is written

  • Job Description sent to careers@snapnurse.com to be posted to website

  • Staffing company engaged (if necessary)

  • Request made to IT for equipment and access

  • HR completes process to onboard new person

  • Desk is prepped (if applicable)

New Hire Start Date

  • New Employee starts

  • New Employee sets up their laptop

  • Manager provides necessary training

  • Employee logs in and validates access to applications

Post Hire Date

  • New Employee signs up for benefits

  • Completes online training on Bridge LMS website

This section will help the manager and the employee who is leaving navigate the steps necessary to exit the company.

Pre Exit

  • Manager works with HR on exit strategy

  • HR completes offboarding process

Post Exit

  • Exit interview is completed

  • Laptop and any company materials and property are collected

  • If person is remote, boxes are sent to person’s location to have company equipment shipped back.
