Our primary productivity platform is Google Workspace which includes:
GMAIL (email)
GCalendar, (calendar)
Google Keep (Notes)
Drive (personal online storage space)
Productivity Apps – Sheets, Pages, Slides
Google Tasks (Tasks)
All email and documents are stored online at Google. You can save documents locally to your computer.
Depending on your role and manager approval. The company does provide access to Microsoft Productivity platform, Microsoft 365. Microsoft 365 includes:
Outlook (email and calendar)
OneNote (notes)
OneDrive (personal online storage space)
Productivity Apps – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
You must setup Outlook to pull your email and calendar items from Google Workspace. See Instructions in Self Help Guides Section
The documents that you create will be saved on to your OneDrive accounts. Please see Self Help Guides to setup automatic saving to your OneDrive.
